서류전형
직무에 따라 ELBA 표준 이력서를 작성해 제출하며, 포트폴리오 등의 기타 자료는 자유 형식입니다.
면접 과제
직무에 따라 ELBA의 면접 과제를 수행합니다. 간혹 포트폴리오를 참고해 해당 절차가 생략될 수도 있습니다.
대면 인터뷰
서류 전형 통과와 면접 과제 수행이 끝나면, 해당 내용을 토대로 대면 인터뷰를 진행합니다. 불합자들에겐 면접비가 제공됩니다.
팀원
드디어 팀원이 되어 ELBA와 함께합니다. 아직 마음의 준비가 되지 않았다면, 6개월 체험형 인턴을 수행하며, 적응할 수 있습니다.

Process
Document Screening
Submit ELBA’s standard resume form along with a portfolio or other materials in any format.
Assignment
Complete an ELBA interview assignment based on the position. Reference portfolios may be provided for guidance.
Interview
After passing the document and assignment stage, a one-on-one interview will be conducted.
Team Member
Join ELBA as a team member. If not yet ready for a full-time role, a 6-month trial internship is available
